When everything goes right it is a great thing. But a company shines when they recover. I had a problem, and while it took awhile for it to be resolved it was resolved to my satisfaction, and that is what is important.

This was my first Order and i was a bit concerned that only a few cheap item will arrive. (Internet orders are often scams). But my Box was packed with very cool stuff of good quality. Exactly like in the Videos. I love it!

I was very happy with my first experience with the Present Show lucky scoop order, and surprised at the amount of items that I got in a one scoop and one gift order. So much so that I have started my Xmas shopping early and have already ordered again. Communication from the Present Show was great, they kept me updated on the status of my order, both when packing and shipped, so that I was aware my order was on its way. This they have also done with my second purchase also. All in all a very positive experience, and would definitely recommend to all Sanrio lovers whether adult or child.

Wow. You got it right. I am very happy with my order. I asked for Hello Kitty and as you can see in the video, most of my order was just that, with other items being in the sanrio family. The quality is great and the quantity is fantastic.

My son and I LOVED our experience with Present Show's Lucky Scoop! We received a large assortment of items, and they were picked to our specifications. We are going to use the journal that we got, and the Hello Kitty pen to keep a journal of our summer adventures this year. I am going to purchase another draw today!
